- Must be 21 years of age
- Have a High School Diploma/ GED
- Valid Arizona Drivers License/ Current Auto Insurance
- Must obtain a Motor Vehicle Report from the Motor Vehicle Division- (39 months)
- TB test (Required for La Casa de Paz Programs/ Domestic Violence shelter/ La Paloma Center)
(You can have this completed at the Pinal County Health Department located at the Pinal County Complex Building/ Hudson Complex, 820 E. Cottonwood Lane, Casa Grande, AZ 85122.)
- Hepatitis Shots (optional for Domestic Violence Shelter and Children’s Shelter)
- Physical (Required for Children’s Crisis Shelter)
(Licensure shall have staff providing direct care to children obtain a physical examination by a licensed medical practitioner before beginning assigned duties and shall have the capacity to perform the essential functions of that person’s job.)
- Fingerprints
Applicants must pass a background check through Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS). PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU'RE NOT ELIGIBLE. Fingerprints will be provided by Against Abuse, Inc. I understand that if I voluntarily leave AAI before completing one (1) year of employment, I will reimburse AAI for my fingerprints.
- E-Verify (This employer participates in E-Verify.)
- Applicant/ Employer Notice (Against Abuse, Inc. is a drug free work place.)
- Must be able to lift 20-50 pounds
- AAI provides CPR/FA
Training site at the Casa Grande Public Safety Bldg., 373 E. Val Vista Blvd., Casa Grande, AZ 85122 (This is located at the new Casa Grande Police/Fire Department, turn right on Val Vista Blvd., the first building on the right). AAI will provide mileage to this selected site only. If you are scheduled for training and you do not attend, you will be responsible to obtain your certifications. AAI will pay for your training(s). If I voluntarily leave AAI before completing one (1) year of employment, I will reimburse AAI for the cost of my training(s).
